Your card is authorized before the trip. Cancel inside the free window and nothing is charged — the hold is released. Cancel late, or no-show, and the amount below is charged to that card.
Sedan & SUV transfersFree cancellation up to 2 hours before pickup. Inside 2 hours, a late-cancellation fee equal to the vehicle's minimum fare is charged — $95 Executive Sedan, $120 Executive SUV, $165 Luxury Sedan.
Hourly / as-directedFree up to 4 hours before pickup. Inside 4 hours, 2 hours at the vehicle's hourly rate is charged ($200 Sedan, $250 SUV, $330 Luxury).
Sprinter VanA 50% deposit is taken at booking. Free up to 7 days before pickup; inside 7 days the deposit is non-refundable. No-show forfeits the full fare.
No-showIf your driver arrives and can't reach you after the included wait — 15 min for regular pickups, 45 min (domestic) or 60 min (international) at airports — it's a no-show and the full fare is charged.
Flight delays don't countWe track your flight and shift the pickup automatically, so a delayed or early flight is never treated as a late cancellation or no-show.
